Life feels like it’s always moving so fast around us. My camera allows me to slow down and look at everything through a different lens (pun intended).
I used photography as an outlet to experience new things while serving in the Marine Corps. It has enabled me to look at life with finer details and capture moments that would have been easily forgotten if I didn’t have a camera with me. Looking back at those photos I took, the only regret I have is that I didn’t take enough photos. Our objective is to let you look back at those photos when you get older and appreciate how far you’ve come.

My first DSLR camera is what inspired my love for photography. It was a graduation gift along with a photo editing software. I made it a mission to learn and perfect my craft. Along the years I took several portrait pictures as well as many landscape pictures. I love a timeless picture, where you can look at them and re-visit that moment.
When I met Carlos, we realized we shared the same hobby and passion for photography. We decided we wanted to take our talent into a business and we created Whiskey Hues. We want to be able to capture your special moments and accomplishments in life. From your portraits, to engagement photos, to your wedding photos.

Why 'Whiskey Hues'?
Whiskey has deep rich tones that resemble depth. Like leaves falling in October, the guitar playing some blues, or the wave of heat hitting the skin on a cold day next to the crackling fire.
Part of that is to allow you to come as you are. To welcome authenticity. With us there is no need to put on a mask to talk to us. To better capture your moment we prefer to see the real you.
