Mini Sessions will be held at Prospect Farms, in Lawrenceville, GA on Dec. 2nd, 2023 from 1:30pm - 2:30pm.

Session Fee is $130

Fee includes: 15 min session & 10 digital files.

Note - Mini-sessions do not include images on a USB-drive. Photos will be delivered via online gallery.

Agreement: The completed, "Mini Session Contract" from the Clients and payment  are both required before confirming and reserving the stated services from the Photographer.

Cancellation: No refunds will be given.

Rescheduling: Not permitted

Late Arrivals: Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session.

Re-shoots/Refunds: Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up or hair related issues or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. 

Artistic Rights: The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client.

Archive: The Photographer advises clients to back up their photos to three separate drives immediately after receiving them. The Photographer is not responsible for keeping copies of the Client’s photos after delivery

Photographic Materials: All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. Gallery proofs shall be available to the Client within 2 weeks of the session.

Copyright and Reproductions: The Photographer owns the copyright for all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio. If the Photographer desires to make other uses. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer.

Client’s Usage: The Client shall only use the digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the Photographer. 

Limit of Liability: In the event the Photographer becomes injured or is too ill and cannot supply the agreed upon services as specified, the Photographer will make all attempts to find a replacement photographer. If the Photographer is unable to find a replacement photographer, then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. The Photographer undertakes reasonable efforts to safeguard and prevent loss or damage to your photographs. In the unlikely event that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control, liability is limited to the return of payments received for the services provided or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.

Photographer’s Standard Price List: The charges in this agreement are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

Model Release: I grant permission for Whiskey Hues, to take and use; printed or electronic publications, websites, or other electronic communications, media, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any products or service. I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of the images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Yany Photography. Model Release approval must be made by a parent/guardian if any photo session participants are less than 18 years of age. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual. I have read and fully understand this information in this model release. I agree this model release is for everyone involved in the session. 

Session Requests

*No cameras/camcorders/any type of recording device (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer.

*Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for any last-minute feeding, changing, and relaxing before session begins.

*Please make sure hair is combed and face is clean and free of runny noses or eyes.

*Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face.
